Horse Racing Tips: Shanty looks a Shore bet at Southwell
Following terrific renewals of the Derby and Oaks at Epsom over the weekend, we will be quickly turning attentions to Royal Ascot in just over a week's time, but all eyes will be on Monday's racing today and there six meetings taking place in the UK & Ireland. We preview the low-key action her and pick out some of the most eye-catching best bets from a host of racing tipsters...

The Scout of the Daily Express was in superb tipping form over the weekend notching up 5/2 and 7/4 winners, and the form tipster will attempt to make it three wins on the spin on Monday and heads to Southwell's National Hunt card for the best bet of the day. Harry Whittington's Shore Shanty is the selection of The Scout in the 14:45 race, and the 5/1 chance will be looking to build on a decent second placed finish at Worcester last time out, and off a 5lb higher mark the mare looks to stand a great chance of tasting victory.
Another tipster bidding for a hat-trick of winners is Whistler from the Daily Telegraph, who currently has a profit of £9.46 and head's to Windsor this evening for the best bet of the day. Ralph Beckett's Boom Boom Pow is the selection of Whistler in the 17:40 at Windsor and the 5/1 shot will make her racecourse debut today, so the Havana Grey filly will be looking to kick off her career on a winning note.
However, there could be another daughter of Havana Grey in that same contest that could be the one to beat as Rod Millman's Tagline was an impressive second on debut, and is an 11/10 chance to go one better today. Tipped by ten tipsters for this contest, Tagline very much looks the one to beat, so Whistler could struggle to make it three winning naps in a row.

Andrew Mount of Racing & Football Outlook has provided the biggest priced nap of the day as he heads to Gowran Park's 16:40 race and has picked out the four-year-old Jawhary, who is currently a 33/1 outsider. Last seen finishing ninth at Yarmouth, he had previously ran well when second at Lingfield, so if he can recapture that form then he could be a lively player at huge odds.
Other eye-catching naps at double-figured odds include the Paul Midgley-trained Mr Orange, who is a 12/1 shot for the 18:30 at Pontefract and is the best bet of The North from Racing Post, while the David Griffiths-trained veteran Duke Of Firenze is a 12/1 chance for the 16:48 at Lingfield and catches the eye of Sirius from The Sun on Sunday. The former Epsom Dash winner is a staggering 13 years old, but is still trying to get his head in front, and at double-figured odds is of interest.
Current naps table leader Expert Eye from On The Nose is topping the charts on a profit of £37.87 and the tipster hasn't taken any chances today as has opted to nap the 4/6 favourite Special Envoy in the 19:45 at Windsor, while the second placed tipster Garry Owen has tipped up the 11/2 Time Interval, who runs in the 19:15 at Windsor.
