What States do and do not allow legal Horse Racing Betting?
Residents in the following states will find it legal to bet on and open a Horse Racing Betting account with at least one of our Betting Partners:
Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.
Residents in the following states however will not currently be able to legally place a bet on Horse Racing:

What is the Triple Crown?
The Triple Crown is the holy grail of US horse racing and consists of three races over varying distances. First up is the Kentucky Derby with the winner then hoping to follow up in the second leg which is the Preakness Stakes. If the same horse lands both of those races, they'll have the chance to secure the Triple Crown by winning the Belmont Stakes.
