How to Claim The Arrowbet Sign-Up Offer
The Arrowbet new customer offer, like all sign-up offers, has some important steps that need to be followed to make sure you get the Arrowbet free bet and free spins. So here’s what you need to do.
- Open account- Follow any of the links or buttons from this very website to the Arrowbet one and open an account after providing your personal details and choosing a username and password.
- Make a deposit- The minimum amount you’re going to need to deposit in order to claim the offer is £10 but you can deposit more than that if you wish. See the section below regarding terms and conditions to find out which payment methods you should avoid using if you want to claim the welcome offer.
- Verify your account- Sometimes also known as a Know Your Customer (KYC) check, this involves providing documents such as a utility bill or bank statement that prove that you are who you say you are, and live where you claim to.
- Place a qualifying bet- There’s no Arrowbet bonus code that needs to be entered, so the next step is to place the qualifying bet. Choose four or more selections, make sure that across them the multiple comes to odds of 4/1 (5.0) or greater and that your stake is at least £10. You also need to ensure that this is the first-ever bet you place at Arrowbet, or it won’t count.
- Use your free bet and free spins- Your Arrowbet free bet and free spins will be credited to you within 12 hours of the qualifying bet being settled. You then have 14 days to use the free bet, or else it will expire. The free bet needs to be placed as a multiple, with two or more selections, at minimum odds of 1/2 (1.5). The free spins must be used within five days of you receiving them.
Arrowbet Sign Up Offer Key Terms and Conditions
And now let’s look at some of the most important terms and conditions that you need to bear in mind when claiming and using the Arrowbet new customer offer.
- Whatever your first-ever bet at the site is, will be considered your qualifying bet. So if your first bet doesn’t meet the criteria, you’ll lose the right to claim the sign-up offer.
- Avoid using any of these payment methods when making your deposit: Paysafe, Skrill, Eco Payz, Rapid, MuchBetter or Neteller. Both Google Pay and Visa are good options that are available here when making that first deposit.
- Your free bet must be used in just one bet and can’t be split into smaller bets.
- You can’t fully, or partially, cash out the free bet.
- If the free bet wins, only the profits from it are returned to you, not the stake.
- You’re awarded 10 free spins, each one being worth £0.1 (10p). The free spins can be used on any of these slots: Big Bass Splash, Master Gems, Jumbo Safari, Gem Trio & 6 Jokers.

Arrowbet Key Features: Why Should You Sign Up?
And now let’s look at some of the best features you can enjoy at Arrowbet, and which make signing up here worthwhile.
Bet Builders available on multiple sports
Most betting sites only offer Bet Builders for football, but not Arrowbet. Not only is their Bet Builder product excellent for football, allowing you to combine selections from a very wide range of markets on just about any match they offer odds on, but they extend their Bet Builder product to the likes of American Football and basketball, too.
Pretty fair odds
As an experiment, I looked at their odds for events in football, basketball, tennis and baseball and found that the house edge on average was between 5 and 7%. Whereas there may be some bookies out there with slightly lower overrounds, the odds here are pretty fair, which of course, is essential for those who take their betting seriously.
Great for live betting
If you click on the tab at the top of the homepage that says In-Play, it will take you to all the live betting that’s going on at that moment in time. And there’s certainly plenty going on across the likes of tennis, basketball, football, volleyball, and many more sports. There’s also a good choice of in-play markets, while the odds are as fair as they are for pre-match betting.
Is there a Arrowbet Mobile App?
At the moment, Arrowbet doesn’t seem to have a stand-alone betting app for either Android or iOS devices, as there’s no record of one in either of the stores just mentioned. It often happens with very new sites (this one only launched in November 2025) that they don’t have a betting app to begin with.
But that’s not necessarily a big problem, as the mobile browser works pretty well and allows you to deposit, place bets, claim betting offers, and much more.
Besides, they may still launch a betting app at some stage in the future.
Arrowbet Responsible Gambling Features
As with all the best betting sites, Arrowbet takes responsible gambling very seriously and provides you with the content and tools to make sure that you can enjoy yourself while betting without letting things get out of hand.
The first thing you can do is take a self-assessment test that will ask you questions that will help determine whether you may have a gambling problem.
They also have links to numerous charities and other organisations that can assist you if you feel the need to reach out for help.
Additionally, they have software that you can download that prevents minors from accessing gambling sites in your household and does other things, such as blocking gambling ads.
Most important of all, they have tools that can help you stay in control of your gambling, such as ones that allow you to set yourself deposit limits, reality checks (reminding you how long you’ve been playing for), as well as giving you the option to take a temporary break from playing, or to self-exclude entirely. That includes doing so from all betting sites in the UK, via GAMSTOP.
Arrowbet Customer Service
For Customer Service, you can contact them via three methods.
You can speak to them via Live Chat, make an online call, or send them an email at [email protected].
They advertise their CS team as being available 24/7, and personally, I was quite impressed with the quality of the support when I got in touch about a deposit and the welcome bonus, via live chat. The agent was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, which is all you can hope for!
The other thing I was impressed by was their set of FAQs. Across 40-odd FAQs, they cover topics such as your privacy, bonuses, verification, payment methods, Cash Out requests, and more. So it’s always a good idea to check out the FAQs section before contacting Customer Service, as you might save yourself plenty of time and hassle.
Our Experience Using Arrowbet
Regular readers of Sportsbook reviews will be familiar with what I’m about to say regarding Arrowbet, which is what I normally say when talking about very new betting sites: they’ve made a very impressive start and there's plenty to like about them already, but there’s also work to be done.
In terms of the pure betting side of things, it’s all very impressive stuff. They cover all the major sports you’d expect them to, they offer loads of different markets both pre-match and in-play and as we know already, their odds are pretty fair.
I enjoyed myself placing Bet Builders - a personal favourite of mine - on both football and basketball and even secured a couple of decent payouts on them, so their Bet Builder product is undoubtedly a positive.
Their Responsible Gambling section was better than what you find at many other sites, full of useful information about the dangers of irresponsible gambling and providing you with all the tools you need to keep your gambling in check.
A Calendar displaying all the upcoming events, with the main odds included, and a Results section are other valuable features that improved my overall experience of using the site.
So if there are plenty of positives right there, now we need to look at some areas where they can improve.
Whereas the Welcome Offer is a somewhat standard one - basically a 100% bonus on your qualifying bet - there are no other promotions to speak of beyond that. Not even Bet Boosts, which is pretty rare. So if they want to keep their customers engaged and stay loyal to them, they should consider introducing some cashback offers, free bets, acca insurance, plus of course, the Odds Boosts already mentioned.
Another area where they can improve is in terms of their payment options.
Yes, they have Visa, Mastercard and Maestro, which is fine as most customers will have one of those already, and they also have Google Pay and Apple Pay. But it’s a bit strange that they don’t even offer the old school bank transfer, and I’d also like to see them add a couple more e-wallets, such as PayPal. Sadly, this isn’t a fast withdrawal site, so we hope that option becomes available in the future as well.
They should also seriously consider introducing horse racing betting, a notable omission from their portfolio of sports, and ideally they should make live streaming available for the usual sports such as football, tennis and basketball.
But I’ve liked what I’ve seen from them so far, and I’m sure they’re only going to get better.
