FairPlay Bet recently added a designated racing section to its platform, and we’re impressed by the market spread here. There’s comprehensive coverage of UK and Irish racing, and at the time of writing, punters could also wager on events in the US, Italy, Chile, Argentina, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. There were 380 different tennis markets available to bet on during my review, covering events from the ATP, WTA, ITF and UTR circuits with competitive odds. These markets stretched as far as challenger events in Kigali, Rwanda, which was particularly impressive. Punters can elect for match, set and game betting, as well as points betting and the number of tie breaks in a given match.

While I understand that providing customer service via phone is a thing of the past, I expect modern bookmakers to provide live chat assistance in some form. The best betting sites offer this service 24/7, 365 days a year, so FairPlay has some way to go to match these efforts.
My Experience Using FairPlay Bet
I’ve spent time depositing, exploring, betting and withdrawing at FairPlay Bet in an effort to provide as authentic an account of the experience as I could. Withdrawals are also processed quickly: FairPlay Bet says all will be processed within 24 hours, which opens up the possibility of instant payouts in the fastest cases.
No betting site is perfect, however, and I’m disappointed most of all by the lack of live chat support – and customer service more broadly. The promotions page is also empty; FairPlay Bet promises that offers are forthcoming, but it would be good to have a specific idea of what’s in store for returning customers before signing up.
