BestOdds Sign Up Offer: BET £20 GET Get 5 x £5 Free Bets
BestOdds is a brand new sportsbook that only went live in 2025 and holds the UKGC license, number 66479, and is operated by Razorbill Links Limited. The company is registered in Ireland and in addition to offering sports betting odds, the site also has Virtuals betting, a Casino, and Live Casino.
BestOdds Sign-Up Offer Explained in Detail
The BestOdds welcome offer is one of the better ones doing the rounds at the moment.
When depositing and wagering £20 at BestOdds, you can look forward to receiving 5x £5 in free bets, giving you a decent reward for placing that all-important qualifying bet that gives you the BestOdds sign up offer.
What’s more, the five BestOdds free bets are awarded to you over the course of five days, so if the first couple don’t go as well as planned, you’ll have a few more to look forward to using over the next few days.
How to Claim The BestOdds Sign-Up Offer
Experienced sports bettors will know that claiming welcome offers isn’t always as simple as it first seems. It’s extremely important to follow all the necessary steps carefully, in general, and that’s certainly the case with the BestOdds new customer offer. So here’s what you need to do.
Open an account
Click on the ‘Sign Up’ button in the top right-hand part of the homepage. Provide your essential information such as name, date of birth, email, and postal address, and select a username and password for your account.
Enter the Promo Code
You’ll need to enter the BestOdds bonus code 20x5fb if you want to claim the BestOdds welcome offer, so now is the time to do so.
Make a deposit
Given that your qualifying bet has to be for at least £20, it follows that you’ll have to make a deposit of at least £20. At the moment, you can only deposit using a VISA debit card or VISA Electron card, so you’re going to have to make sure you have one of those.
Pass the Know Your Customer test (KYC)
You’ll need to pass your KYC test sooner or later, or else you won’t be able to withdraw any winnings in the future, so you may as well pass it as soon as possible. This is a relatively straightforward procedure that just involves you uploading documents that confirm your identity and address.
Place a qualifying bet
You’ll need to place a qualifying bet for £20 on any sport, at odds of 2.0 or greater.
Use your free bets
The 5x £5 BestOdds free bets aren’t awarded to you all at once. Instead, the first one will be awarded to you shortly after the qualifying bet is placed and the other four will each be awarded to you in 24-hour intervals after that.
BestOdds Sign Up Offer Key Terms and Conditions
As ever, some important terms and conditions determine what you need to do in order to claim and make the most out of the BestOdds welcome offer. We’ve mentioned some of them already, but here are the key ones.
- Your qualifying bet has to be placed at odds of at least 2.0 and be for £20 or more. You cannot place your qualifying bet at Starting Price (SP) odds and if you Cash Out your bet, it also won’t be eligible.
- If your first qualifying bet does not meet the stated criteria, you will not receive the Free Bets.
- Each Free Bet must be used in full and cannot be split into smaller wagers.
- Free Bets are valid for 24 hours from the time of issue. Any unused Free Bets will expire.
- Though there are no wagering requirements on winnings from Free Bets, any winnings are credited as cash only, meaning the stake is not returned.

BestOdds Key Features: Why Should You Sign Up?
Let’s look now at what we particularly liked about BetOdds as a bookmaker and why we’ve included it on our list of Sportsbooks that we recommend.
Good for Bet Builders
BestOdds currently only offers Bet Builders for football, while others also have them for the likes of NFL, basketball or even baseball. No matter. Their Bet Builder product for football is one of the better ones around, being available for just about any football match they lay odds on, as well as giving you plenty of markets to choose from when it comes to putting your Bet Builder together.
Competitive Odds
If you call yourself BestOdds, then you’d certainly hope that their odds are extremely generous. So are they?
To an extent, yes. We looked at betting markets across football, tennis, basketball and baseball and found that the house edge was around the 4% to 5.5% mark, which isn't bad at all. Yes, there are a couple of other Sportsbooks offering slightly better odds on average, but these are competitive odds, nonetheless, both pre-match and in live betting.
Price Boosts
Price boosts, also known as odds boosts or other similar terms, have been one of the big innovations in online betting over the last few years.
If you’re new to this, price boosts mean the Sportsbook gives you an inflated price on a bet as a way of standing out from the crowd (other bookies) and/or attracting more business, simply because they have a higher price than their competitors, something that will always appeal to the value-seeking bettor.
But where some Sportsbooks fall short in this regard is either not offering enough of them regularly or not offering enough variety in the sports they’re available for.
No such problems here. They offer plenty of daily Price Boosts and the day we checked, they were available for football, horse racing, NFL, and cricket, so something for everyone.
Is there a BestOdds Mobile App?
No, at present, BestOdds doesn’t have a native betting app for either iOS or Android devices.
On the one hand, that’s quite rare because most new betting sites have them, and both types of app in most cases, but that’s not to say you absolutely have to have one.
Many customers find that the mobile browser version works just as well as the app version, so there isn’t any particular need for the latter. In contrast, many customers still prefer the desktop version and do most of their betting on their laptops rather than on mobile devices anyway.
BestOdds Responsible Gambling Features
We never tire of saying it, and we’ll say it once more: responsible gambling is key to you having a controlled, healthy relationship with gambling rather than letting things get out of hand to the extent that it becomes a problem.
Or as BestOdds themselves put it: “we are here to entertain you, but we are also here to look after you.”
That’s why they have a self-assessment test to see if you may have a gambling addiction, links to charitable organisations that can help you if you do feel you have a gambling problem, budget calculators, and responsible gambling (called Safer Gambling here) tools that allow you to stay more in control.
These tools include setting fixed deposit limits for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, net deposits for the same period, reality checks to see how long you’ve been playing, and even tools that allow you to temporarily or permanently self-exclude.
To find this key section of the website, navigate to the bottom left part of the homepage and click on the ‘Safer Gambling’ tab.
BestOdds Customer Service
At the time of writing, the only way to contact their Customer Service Team is via e-mail at [email protected].
Which is what I did. I queried the terms of one of their promotions and also asked a question about withdrawal times, and on both occasions, they replied to me within 60 minutes.
Whereas that’s not an unreasonable time to take when responding to a query, there will be other issues that are far more urgent and require a response almost in real time.
Such as not being able to deposit ahead of placing a bet on an event that’s about to start, or seeing a big bet settled as a loser when you felt it should have been a winner.
Plus, in some cases, phone calls or Live Chat are far more practical and quicker than e-mail.
They do also have an FAQs section that is meant to provide the answers to many questions that you may have had for Customer Service, but it’s quite a limited set of questions. It could do with some improvement and even just more questions, so let’s see if they build on it in the near future.
Our Experience Using BestOdds
We’ve been down this well-trodden path plenty of times in the past.
A new Sportsbook comes along, this one only opened in 2025, and they do most of the basics right.
That includes a good BestOdds Welcome offer, betting on lots of different sports, competitive odds, some generous and varied Price Boosts and a good Bet Builder product for football. And this is where I was particularly impressed with my experience here: the pure betting side of things is actually pretty strong and I enjoyed myself on a site that’s easy to use and where everything is quick to find. I even secured a decent win on a Bet Builder at odds just above 8.0.
Their Responsible Gambling section and the availability of livestreaming for UK and Ireland horse racing were other positives.
But where there’s work still to be done is in some of the other ‘non-betting’ areas.
They certainly need to make more payment methods available, because though most people will admittedly have a VISA card, not everyone does, and may have to go out and get one specifically for depositing with. Most betting sites also have Mastercard, bank transfers, and at least three e-wallets, including Google Pay, so BestOdds needs to have a greater variety of payment methods. It would also be nice if they had fast withdrawals.
Whereas the fact that they don’t have a native app doesn’t bother me, as I found the mobile browser worked just fine, another area that needs improvement is their Customer Service. Even if they don’t want to make a phone line available just yet, you’d think that they’d at least have Live Chat available, so customers can chat to agents in real time. An even easier fix would be to improve their FAQs section so that many queries are answered that way.
So, as is so often the case with brand new Sportsbooks, they’ve made a very solid start to life as a bookie, but there’s lots of work still to do. And I'm sure they’ll do it well and become a successful betting site going forward.
