Racing News Round-Up
- Aidan O'Brien completes ANOTHER Oaks/Derby double - With the 1-2 in The Oaks on Friday, it was no surprise to see Aidan O'Brien triumphant again on Saturday in the big one at Epsom, The Derby. It was perhaps a surprise to some that LAMBOURN was the runaway winner, not the favourite Delacroix who had been chosen by top jock Ryan Moore.
- Lambourn a warm favourite for St Leger - The 2025 Derby will be remembered as one for the stayers rather than the speedsters and it's little surprise to see front running Epsom hero Lambourn now a best price 5/2 to add the season's final Classic at Doncaster to his CV. Perhaps of more interest at the prices could be the horse who finished like a train in third Tennessee Stud, a 10/1 poke who'll love the extra distance and potential for softer ground.
