ITV Racing Tips: A Tasty C&D Winners Treble for the Super Saturday Action

ITV will broadcast an incredible 11 live races on "Super Saturday" with the action coming from Newmaket, Ascot and York. Here we select three well fancied horses - all previous course and distance winners - that will combine into a Treble bet to be placed with bookmaker BetMGM.

Simon Crisford's QUDDWAH will be a warm order for this Group 2 contest having recorded three wins from his three starts to date. A winner of a Listed race over course and distance last time out, he looks to have been saved for this contest since and with even more improvement on the cards, he looks a really solid pick to get the treble started.

If Quddwah does the business at Ascot, there won't be too long to wait for this second leg in our tasty treble for which the recommendation is STARLUST ridden by Hector Crouch for trainer Ralph Beckett. He is also a course and distance winner - a statistic it often pays to follow when betting at York - and boasts plenty of experience for a three-year-old, finishing third in a Breeders Cup Juvenile Turf Sprint and achieving a couple of placed finishes in valuable races at Meydan. He needs to bounce back from a below par effort in the Group 1 Commonwealth Cup at Royal Ascot but he looks the class act returned to this lesser grade.

3:25 Newmarket - bet365 Superlative Stakes (Group 2)

Hopefully we'll be two from two by the time the Superlative Stakes comes round at Newmarket with all our eggs going into the ANCIENT TRUTH basket for this Group 2 race. Charlie Appleby's juvenile is two from two in his career to date following up a win on the Rowley Mile with victory over C&D on the July Course last month. That success, under a 6lb penalty, was achieved in impressive fashion and he looks an exciting prospect for the Godolphin stable. He can close out the treble under jockey William Buick.
