14:20 Cheltenham - Jewson Handicap Chase
Kim Bailey's Does He Know will carry top weight in this hugely competitive handicap chase at 14:20, but he was last seen falling at Kelso, so it's hard to fancy him at a relatively short odds in the betting, as is Fantastikas, who may just be in the handicapper's grip having blossomed as a novice last season.
The one that catches the eye at double-figured prices, at the time of writing, is EVA'S OSKAR, who lines up for Evan Williams on the back of a promising return at Kelso three weeks ago. He may have finished sixth of ten, but it was a competitive contest and he's been given an eye-catching chance by the handicapper as he's been dropped 1lb, so a mark of 139 is workable.
A winner off 132 at Exeter on his last start last season, Eva's Oskar should improve immeasurably for that Kelso run, and while he will have to defy a career high mark to land this prize he's shaped like this sort of event is well within in his capabilities and he can reach the frame at the very least.

14:55 Cheltenham - Unibet Greatwood Handicap Hurdle
With such strength in the Champion Hurdle division with the likes of Honeysuckle and Constitution Hill spearheading the betting you will need a top notch winner of this event if they are going to dine at the top of the table, but the 2022 Greatwood Handicap Hurdle looks another thrilling renewal with plenty standing a chance of landing the prize.
Willie Mullins sent Dads Lad over to Cheltenham for the Showcase meeting and the Closutton inmate delivered the goods over fences, but he returns to hurdles here, while the Emmet Mullins-trained Thousand Tears is another Irish raider sitting at the summit of the betting and has to be respected.
But, the proven class act of the race is the Nigel Twiston-Davies-trained I LIKE TO MOVE IT, who already has a Grade 2 win on his CV and he could well defy top weight here to land the coveted prize for the local trainer. A fabulous runner-up in the Betfair Hurdle at Newbury off 138, the five-year-old never went a beat in the County Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival off 142, as he finished way down the field. Returning to Prestbury Park on Sunday, the Twiston-Davies raider will line up off the same mark in the Greatwood, and providing he can replicate that sparkling Newbury run over a course and distance he has been victorious over before (won Supreme Trial last season) then he can bound to victory.

15:30 Cheltenham - Sky Bet Supreme Trial Novices' Hurdle
Jonjo O'Neill's SPRINGWELL BAY earned quotes of 33/1 for the Supreme Novices' Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival after producing a sparkling performance to win a novices' hurdle at Carlisle last month and the Jackdaws Castle inmate will be attempting to solidify his name in the betting for the festival opener with a win in the Grade 2 trial on Sunday.
Second in the Goffs Land Rover Bumper at the Punchestown Festival on debut, he then broke his maiden tag with a 14-length bumper win at Market Rasen before showing he can produce the goods over timber as well when winning at Carlisle next time out. There's no doubting there's a lot more needed now he takes on some potential classy rivals in the shape of Iberico Lord, Fennor Cross and Father Of Jazz, but the manner in which he eased to glory on hurdling debut suggested he could be very smart.
The bookmakers have certainly not missed him and he's entitled to be towards the head of the betting, but he looks the most likely winner here and a victory should see his price plummet for the Supreme in the spring.
