One of the premier Cheltenham Gold Cup trials, the King George VI Chase has always been targeted by the big-name chasers and the 2022 renewal will be no different with some star names looking to put their name in the picture for the blue riband event at the Cheltenham Festival event in March.
Well, not only will the King George VI Chase be the aim of all the top staying chasers, but the elite National Hunt jockeys will be seen riding in the festive showpiece with the likes of Harry Cobden (Bravemansgame) and Charlie Deutsch (L'Homme Presse) just two of those riding fancied contenders.
