Racing News Round-Up
- Kopek Des Bordes & Lulamba Impress On Chase Debuts - Just a few hours apart yesterday we saw the two leading Arkle contenders strut their stuff for the first time over fences. Both horses won with ease and made striking impressions, although Kopek Des Bordes made the deeper impression and is a strong fav for the Cheltenham clash.
- Turners form gets a boost and a knock - Last year's Turners at Cheltenham looked to have an above average top 3 and the third Final Demand certainly made his presence felt with a dominant win over the weekend on chase debut. He is now just 6/4 for the Browns, but the horse in second behind The New Lion, The Yellow Clay, looked lethargic on his reappearance over hurdles as he was beaten easily in the Lismullen by Colonel Mustard.
