Today's Horse Racing Tips: Back this trio at Ayr on Tuesday

There's a seven-race National Hunt card at Ayr on Tuesday afternoon, and our in-house tipster Steve Chambers picks out his three best bets on the day...

13:20 Ayr

Lucinda Russell's YOUR PLACE shaped with real promise last time out at Wetherby, but just tired late on in the 3m contest, so the drop back in trip to two-and-a-half miles on Tuesday afternoon for the 13:20 at Ayr should see her improve on her last outing. Dropped 1lb to a mark of 84 this afternoon, Russell's charge is looking to record a first placed effort at least, but she has shown signs she could be capable off her current mark, and she can finally break her maiden tag in a winnable contest.

14:30 Ayr

IF NOT FOR DYLAN will have a huge weight to carry this afternoon in the 14:30 at Ayr, but the in-form seven-year-old lines up on the back of a win over course and distance and a second placed finish at Wetherby last time out. That runner-up effort came off a mark of 108, and he lines up off 112 on Wednesday afternoon, but with very few lining up in this in good form then that leaves the door open for the gelding to claim his second win in three outings.

15:05 Ayr

Sam Drinkwater's GALLIC GEORDIE has been in tremendous form of late racking up three victories and two placed efforts in his last five starts, and the nine-year-old can duly bag another victory on Wednesday in the 15:05 at Ayr. Last seen finishing second at Haydock Park off a mark of 108, Gallic Geordie will line up off 109 in this afternoon's contest, and while the top-weighted Seemorelights looks a huge danger it's Drinkwater's charge that can prevail.
