Horse Racing Tips: Hollie to hit the right note at Newcastle
Four tracks host racing this Monday, with the first contest taking place at 12:23 at Lingfield and the last being from Newcastle at 17:48. One of the more intriguing races of the day could take place in the first at Plumpton as the very talented Stage Star for Nicholls and Cobden is long odds on to win again on his third chasing start. He is no price however, so we have taken a look at a few others at more tempting odds that are popular with the Naps competition entrants and delved a little deeper into their chances...

One horse has earned double the amount of Nap votes of any other runner today, and that is Noisy Night at Newcastle for the Charlton team and Hollie Doyle. After a mammoth break of 435 days, Charlton's charge returned to action with a fine run over six furlongs at this track exactly one month ago. The gelding was doing all his best work late on and the step up to seven furlongs seems a smart move by connections. He should take all the beating here and leave his supporters, six of them to be precise including Rory Paddock and Expert Eye, smiling as their week kicks off with a winning Nap.
Three runners have amassed three Naps votes as the best bet of the day by multiple tipsters. The shortest price of the three is Master Chewy in the 13:00 at Plumpton for the in-form Nigel and Sam Twiston-Davies combination. .The Brigadier, currently second in the table, has selected this odds-on favourite as his best bet of the day as he looks to return to the top of the leaderboard. He ran a fine race last time out at Cheltenham, only going down by just over a length in second and today's race over a slightly shorter trip should suit.
Rowdy Rustler in the 14:15 at Ayr has also got three tipsters siding with him for the home team of Lucinda Russel and Derek Fox. He is another who ran with promise off a break last time out, eventually finishing second up at Newcastle over 2m4. He should strip fitter today and looks to have a favourite's chance for his supporters. Finally, Blame The Game has also been picked by three pundits at Plumpton to bring up the hat-trick in the 15:00 contest, the Sussex National. Carrying just 10 stone 6 and with his stamina not in question following his recent efforts, he looks one of the most likely winners of the prestigious Plumpton feature. The Punt of the Racing Post has gone for Chris Gordon's runner as the best bet of the day..

Blame The Game
Chris Wright of the Liverpool Echo has claimed top spot in the leaderboard after a New Years Day winner at Cheltenham, and his pick as the best bet today will certainly raise some eyebrows at the price! He has gone for Sir Rodneyredblood at Lingfield in the 13:53 race. He is currently 20/1 at the time of writing, The gelding's last win came back in September at Chelmsford and he has been very busy since, running four times. The last couple at Southwell were both disappointing but a return to Lingfield, a track he has done well at in the past, could spark improvement. He will certainly interest many with such a profitable siding with one at such a big price.
The biggest priced Nap of the day is even bigger, however, with Steve Mullington siding with a runner priced at 33/1 at the time of publication. His choice is Glorious Lady to spring a surprise in the Sussex National at Plumpton. There have been some outsiders who have claimed this race in the past, and Glorious Lady just one run ago was romping away with a race at Worcester.
This is a much trickier contest, and she has run poorly since that at Hereford when well fancied, but at a massive price if you are of a forgiving disposition she could give backers a good run for the money.
