Horse Racing Tips: Minnie to star at Chepstow on Thursday

Brian Ellison's Ashington is a red-hot 11/8 favourite for the 15:17 at Sedgefield, as the seven-year-old looks to make the most of an attractive mark of 122, and he's proven popular with our racing tipsters as five of them have napped him with the likes of Ben Morgan from Racing Ahead and The Duke from The Yorkshire Post putting him up as the best bet.

Rory Delargy of The Irish Field has picked the biggest priced nap of the day, as he's selected 66/1 outsider Light Of Athena as the best bet of the day, and the Ron Harris-trained raider will be looking to break his maiden tag at the tender age of eight years old in the 13:55 at Chepstow. Last seen pulling up at Exeter, the eight-year-old is still lightly-raced, so could be open to some improvement.
