Most Napped Horses Today
Rated over 100 on the Flat, Brentford Hope has made a smooth transition to the hurdling sphere and Harry Derham's charge has proven extremely popular with our racing tipsters on Thursday as four of them have napped the 7/4 shot for the 12:05 at Newbury, which opens up the card. A winner at Wincanton and Huntingdon last season, Derham's raider has been napped by the likes of Lambourn of the Racing Post and Spotlight from the Racing Post, and on his seasonal reappearance is well fancied to kick off the new campaign with a win. Sam England's Tom Creen is the other horse to be napped by four tipsters on Thursday with the likes of Robin Goodfellow of the Daily Mail and Templegate from The Sun tipping up the 13/8 shot for the 14:10 at Sedgefield. The other two popular horses running on Thursday are the Nigel Twiston-Davies-trained Equinus, who has been napped by three tipsters for the 14:25 at Newbury, while Anthony Honeyball's Brookie will take on Brentford Hope at 12:05 and has been napped by a trio of tipsters.
Horseracing.net says: "Classy on the Flat, Brentford Hope won impressively twice over hurdles last season and the improving hurdler will be well fancied to land the 12:05 race at Newbury. Dropped 1lb for a sixth placed finish in the Swinton at Haydock back in May, this contest should be a much easier assignment and he looks interesting."

Follow The Leaders
All eyes maybe on Allaho at Clonmel this afternoon, but there's another smart performer lining up in the shape of Allegorie De Vassy, who is a warm order for the 14:15 contest and that star mare is the best bet of current naps table leader Brian Flanagan, who is backing the 5/4 chance to sparkle. Runner-up in the Mares' Chase at the Cheltenham Festival for Willie Mullins, she is a real top notch performer on her day and she should have too much class for her rivals today. The Punt from the Racing Post sits in second place in the naps table and heads to Sedgefield's National Hunt card for the nap of the day and that tipster has napped Horn Cape in the 12:25 race, while Lawrence Taylor from At The Races, who is third in the naps table, heads to Newbury and has napped Brookie in the 12:05 race.
