Horse Racing Tips: Mount bids for hat-trick at Nottingham
Five horse racing fixtures will take place on Wednesday with all kicking off at 13:00 at Catterick, while the alternative afternoon racing comes from Nottingham, Lingfield and Leopardstown, with a solitary evening fixture at Kempton Park, which starts at 16:55. We take a look at all the action here, and pick out some eye-catching selections from a number of racing writers.

Andrew Mount from The Racing & Football Outlook has been in tremendous tipping form of late as he knocked in 11/2 and 7/2 winning naps in the last two days, and the form tipster heads to Nottingham's 14:50 contest for his best bet of the day on Wednesday afternoon. Mount has sided with the Mick Channon-trained Whistledown, who is currently a 15/2 chance for the 5f 8y event, and the Gregorian filly is looking to make the most of a 3lbs drop in the handicap, and off a mark of 69 looks interesting.
There's an excellently, competitive conditions event at Nottingham at 15:25 and Andrew Bladen from the Wolverhampton Express & Star has opted for 9/4 chance Papa Don't Preach, while Templegate from The Sun has napped the 11/4 chance Mohi in the same contest. Another eye-catching race at Nottingham is the 16:30 event and Darkness, fresh from a run in the Lincoln Handicap is a 3/1 chance for the event is the selection of Sirius from The Sun On Sunday.
Whistledown
Current Naps Table leader Steve Mullington hit the crossbar on Tuesday with his best bet, but he looks to extend his lead at the top of table and heads to Leopardstown for the best bet of the day. Mullington has napped the Dermot Weld-trained newcomer Eyaziya in the 14:30 at Leopardstown, who is a daughter of Sea The Stars and she is currently trading at an eye-catching 10/1.
There's another Weld-trained contender that is our biggest priced nap of the day and Thaleeq is an 18/1 chance for the 17:20 at Leopardstown, and the five-year-old is the best bet of Postdata of The Racing Post. Other big priced naps on Wednesday include the 12/1 Mick Channon-trained Signorina Merisa, who runs in the 14:15 at Nottingham, and the John Gallagher-trained Saras Hope, who is a 12/1 chance for the 13:00 at Nottingham.
