13:40 Chepstow - Coral Racing Club Join For Free Handicap Hurdle
Venetia Williams and Charlie Deutsch have been a partnership in red-hot form this season and the pair can deliver the goods once again at Chepstow in the 13:40 race as TANGANYIKA can storm to victory. A winner last time out at Bangor, the potentially progressive five-year-old will have the burden of a 4lbs rise from the handicapper, but he shaped like there could be more to come over timber this season and he looks the one to have the most potential.
The Nigel Twiston-Davies-trained Uncle Bert is of notable interest, but he's one that could want the ground a little slower, while the course and distance winner Bells Of Peterboro is another worthy of a mention. However, a mark of 118 is unlikely to stop Tanganyika, who can duly rack up a second win on the bounce and land this prize with aplomb,

14:50 Chepstow - Coral Welsh Grand National Handicap Chase
Fergal O'Brien claimed a second Grade 1 prize in the Long Walk Hurdle and the fast-moving trainer can add another notable race to his CV, the Welsh Grand National at 14:50, as he can saddle AUTONOMOUS CLOUD to victory in the staying marathon. The seven-year-old beat both Iron Bridge and Super Survivor at Uttoxeter in the spring and then returned to the same track in November and recorded another impressive win over fences by over six lengths. This is undoubtedly much tougher, but he's arguably one of the most exciting staying chasers in the line-up and has the potential to use this as a stepping stone to bigger things later in his career.
Nassalam was impressive when winning the trial here a few weeks ago and will have to carry a 4lbs penalty and has to be respected, while former winner Iwilldoit is another that adds significant depth to the race, but it's Autonomous Cloud that could have the most potential to improve again and is one that should relish this energy-sapping trip.

15:09 Kempton - Ladbrokes Get Best Odds Guaranteed Handicap Chase
Tom Lacey's Tea Clipper is well fancied to go well in the final race in front of the ITV Racing cameras on Wednesday, but the eight-year-old has been on a long losing streak and he's awfully short for a horse that has struggled to get his head in front at times. Nicky Henderson's TWEED SKIRT is one of those prominent in the betting and the Seven Barrows inmate is bidding to bounce back from a fall at Uttoxeter last time out.
Prior to that effort the six-year-old was fourth in a Grade 2 mares event at Cheltenham in April and she's shaped like she could be capable of more over fences. She has already tasted victory at Kempton in handicap chase company, so that is a massive bonus and providing her recent tumble doesn't take too much out of her then she can land victory for the Henderson and Nico de Boinville team.
