Today's Racing Tips: 2pt Nap at Chelmsford City

It was great to end a frustrating losing run with a winning NAP at Kempton yesterday (Solomons Judgement – advised at 4/1). I am hoping to follow up today with one bet at Chelmsford, a course at which I’ve enjoyed plenty of winners so far this year.
Chelmsford Tip
17:05 – 5f Example Live Here 25th September Handicap (Class 6)
This looks to be a really good opportunity for the consistent KATHERINE PLACE (NAP – 2 point win bet at 3/1) to land a fourth career success. Bill Turner’s six-year-old mare has a good record on the All Weather with two wins and five seconds from just 13 starts. She was beaten by just a neck in a similar race at Wolverhampton back in July and went down by the same margin on turf at Chepstow last week. The winner of that race was turned out quickly and won in a higher grade on Monday, and the selection lines up off the same handicap mark here. She will have to defy top weight to win this, but several of the other runners can be discounted as they are either badly out of form or look out of their depth. The return to an artificial surface will suit, she has demonstrated a really good attitude when under pressure in her races and Ryan Tate should be able to take up a good position from stall five.
