Horse Racing Tips: Survivor looks a Super nap at Chepstow

Jamie Snowden's Super Survivor has a marvellous record to date having notched up three wins and two seconds in his five career starts and the flourishing seven-year-old will look to continue on an upward curve this afternoon by landing victory in the 15:00 at Chepstow. Proving the most popular nap of the day amongst our racing tipsters, a whopping seven tipsters have napped the Snowden raider, who was a winner last time out at Chepstow and will look to defy a 5lbs higher mark this afternoon.

One hour earlier at the Welsh track, the Robert Walford-trained Hipop Des Ongrais is a hot 5/4 favourite for the 14:00 contest and is the second most popular nap of the day with four tipsters napping the jolly. The Brigadier is one of those four tipsters, and they have racked up a stunning run of four winning naps on the bounce, so that red-hot tipster will be hoping Walford's charge can follow up a chasing success at Fontwell last time out and make it two victories in a row.

Heading over to Catterick's afternoon jumps card, the Sue Smith-trained Prairie Wolf is another horse that has caught the eye of several tipsters in the 13:10 contest and three of them have napped the 3/1 shot on Friday afternoon. RP Ratings from the Racing Post is one of the tipsters to nap Smith's charge, who was last seen finishing second at the track back in January and will look to go one better today, but he has been handed a 3lbs rise by the handicapper, so will face a tougher test.

The Punt from the Racing Post is another tipster that has been in superb form of late and is looking to make it three winning naps in a row, and the tipster heads to Lingfield's all-weather card this afternoon for the best bet of the day. Opting to side with John Butler's Inaam in the 15:50 race, The Punt is hoping that the course and distance winner can sparkle at the track once again, and now 18lbs lower than his last winning mark, Butler's raider has been respected at 3/1, if he can recapture his best form.

Current naps table leader Andrew Bladen from the Wolverhampton Express & Star is looking to build on his lead at the top of the table and heads to Catterick's afternoon card for the best bet of the day. Bladen has napped the 3/1 chance Gazette Bourgeoise, who runs in the 15:40 contest and was last seen finishing second at Wetherby, so will be hoping to go one better this evening.

A couple of naps that catch the eye at Newcastle and Dundalk this evening include the 10/1 shot Timestamp, who is the best bet of On The Nose in the 16:30 at Newcastle, while in Ireland Jim Delahunt from the Scottish Sun is hoping the 9/2 chance Vina Sena can land victory in the 18:30 at Dundalk.
