We provide our Prince Of Wales's Stakes tip for the Group 1 feature race on Wednesday afternoon at Royal Ascot, and while only six horses line up for the prestigious event there should still be an epic renewal to light up day two of the showpiece Flat extravaganza...

Former Derby hero Adayar will attempt to claim more top-class success on day two of Royal Ascot and the Charlie Appleby-trained five-year-old is a leading fancy for the Prince Of Wales's Stakes, which is off at 16:20 on Wednesday afternoon. He followed up his Derby win with a sparkling win in the King George at Ascot, while he was a decent second in the Champion Stakes on British Champions Day back in 2022 at Ascot.
The son of Frankel has had some notable injuries during his career, but he returned in fine style last month to scoot to glory in the Gordon Richards Stakes, however, this is a whole lot tougher and while he generally runs a good race he could just be vulnerable to some of his rivals, who may just have that little bit more class than him, and while he's challenging for favouritism he could be worth taking on.
Aidan O'Brien has won this race on four separate occasions and the Ballydoyle maestro will bid for a famous fifth victory and sure to prove popular with punters picking their Royal Ascot Tips will be Luxembourg, who was last seen bounding to Group 1 glory in a top quality renewal of the Tattersalls Gold Cup at the Curragh. Beating Sir Michael Stoute's Bay Bridge by half-a-length that day, Luxembourg showed real class to down the Freemason Lodge inmate and is entitled to be shorter in the betting than that rival again here, but the Stoute raider could well be capable of reversing the form.

Now five years old, BAY BRIDGE has been a real model of consistency throughout his career and he showed when chasing home State Of Rest in this race 12 months ago that he can deliver the goods at the very highest level and he showed that when going on to get the better of Adayar in the Champion Stakes at the end of last season. Doing battle with that charge again here, Bay Bridge is sure to improve on that fine run in the abovementioned Tattersalls Gold Cup and a return to Ascot will certainly bring out the best in him and he looks the solid value play in what is a fascinating contest.
Third in the St James's Palace Stakes last season, My Prospero was last seen competing over a mile in the Lockinge Stakes at Newbury, but the William Haggas-trained raider was no match for Modern Games that day and a step back up in trip for this event should see him improve. But, the four-year-old will need a huge career best to down some proven top class rivals and he could be one that find this all a little too hot to handle.
John & Thady Gosden's Mostahdaf has Group 3 wins on his CV, but was last seen finishing fourth in the Group 1 Sheema Classic and faces a tough task here, while Kenneth McPeek's Classic Causeway is the huge outsider in this contest and appears to be making up the numbers.
